In this procedure, from urethra a very small scope is inserted under anesthesia & stone in ureter is directly visualized by ureteroscope & fragmented by pneumatic Lithotripsy. Fragments are removed by dormia basket & forceps. Thus stone is removed without any incision. Average hospital stay is 12 to 24 hrs. Patient need 1 to 2 days rest & can resume his or her duty. By this procedure almost all types & sizes of stones from ureter can be removed. We have performed more then 1000 URS successfully.
